Description:

Our Sky Furmint is a precious gift from the Grand Superior terroir of the Nagy-Eged Mountain, born 350 meters above sea level. Harvested from just one hectare, every drop of the excellent raw material unmistakably reflect the complex limestone minerality of the place of its birth. We have named our wine to honour the first grandchild of KNW founder-owner Nimród Kovács. Cheers!

100% furmint
Nagy-Eged-hill

Cooperage:

After oak fermentation we aged our wine in 225 litres oak barrels.
10% of second filling, 70% of third filling, and 20% of old barrels.
/20% hungarian, 80% french/

Excellent fruits, good vintage, high inner content.

Yield restriction: 25 q/ha

T A: 5.5 g/l

Alcohol: 14.4 % V/V

Sulphur: 20 mg/l free sulphur
