Chill 2021Description: Our Chill merlot exhibits fresh fruit flavors of blackberries, cherries, plums and cocoa in a harmonious, and elegant fashion, framed by some light oak. Composition: 100 % Merlot Cooperage: After crushing the fermentation took place in tank, then gently pressed. The wine went through malolactic fermentation in tank as well. We aged the wine in third filling barrels (53% of 500 l and 47% of barrique barrels) for 7 months. TECHNICAL DATA:
