Chill 2023Description: Our Chill merlot exhibits fresh fruit flavors of blackberries, cherries, plums and cocoa in a harmonious, and elegant fashion, framed by some light oak. Enjoy it with friends chatting away or just relax for a good Chill! During hot summer days you could enjoy this wine slightly chilled. Cheers! Composition: 100 % Merlot Cooperage: After crushing, the fermentation took place in tank, then gently pressed. The wine went through malolactic fermentation in tank as well. We aged the wine in third filling 500 liters cascs for 1 months. TECHNICAL DATA:
