Dixie 2023Description: This wine rewards us with a real harmony of two kinds of chardonnays in one sip; one full bodied and aged in oak barrels on lees and the other one is vibrantly fresh and unoaked. Both of these chardonnays come from our nice, quality, vulcanic terroirs. Enjoy our Dixie! Cheers! Composition: 100 % chardonnay Cooperage: Our 60% of chardonnay was fermented and aged /within battonating/ in used french and hungarian oak barrrels for 4 months, 40% was fermented and aged in steel tank.
