Description:

(MAGYAR) This iconic chardonnay has found a welcoming home in our sunny but cool Grand Superior certified Nyilasmár and Nagyfai vineyards, located in the village of Noszvaj. To produce an elegant wine that has both fruit-forward and silky characteristics, this wine was barrel fermented and aged on its lees.

Composition:

100 % Chardonnay
Nagyfai and Nyilasmár vineyards

Cooperage:

Fermented and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, on its lees. (Batonnage technology - 6 month)
We used 50% Hungarian, 40% French and 10% American barrels, 70% were small and 30% were big barrels and 10 % were first filling, new ones.

Harvest date: 30th Sept., 2023.

excellent fruits, good vintage, high inner contant

Yield restriction: 60 q/ha

T A: 5,5 gr/l

Alcohol: 13,5 % V/V

Production: 7600 bottles
