Battonage 2018Description: The iconic Burgundy world variety has found a welcoming home in our sunny, but cool, south-southwest located, mineral-rich granite, volcanic and stony-tuff soil in Noszvaj with a unique microclimate, wich produces charactelful, beautiful, fresh, fruty wines. Our Battonage was fine barrel fermented and aged some on lees to produce an elegant fruit forward and silky character. Composition: 100 % Chardonnay Cooperage: Aged and fermented in Hungarian, French and American oak barrels for 16 months (17% 5hl and 83% 2,25 hl), on its lees (Batonnage technology) TECHNICAL DATA:
