Monopole Battonage Chardonnay 2017Description: This iconic Burgundy variety has found a welcoming home in our sunny but cool Grand Superior certified Nyilasmár and Nagyfai vineyards located in the village of Noszvaj. Our Battonage was fine barrel fermented and aged some on lees to produce an elegant fruit forward and silky character. Composition: 100 % Chardonnay Cooperage: Aged in Hungarian and French oak barrels for 16 months, on its lees (Batonnage technology) TECHNICAL DATA:
