Chardonnay 2022Description: This unoaked fresh and crispy chardonnay, sourced from our excellent terroirs near Noszvaj, demonstrates why the chardonnay is well loved around the world. Composition: 100 % chardonnay Cooperage: After crushing we gently pressed the berries and then settled down the grape juice in tank. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tank as well. TECHNICAL DATA:
Harvest date: 6-7th September, 2022 Raw material: Good vintage. The vineyard gives us fully riped balanced grapes. Yield restriction: 80 q/ha T A: 6,1 g/l Alcohol: 13,5 % V/V Production: 7000 bottles |
