Merlot 2019Description: (MAGYAR) The smooth and velvety character of the Merlot grape combined with the unique microclimate of our Grand Superior vulcanic terroirs gift us this elegant fruit forward wine. Composition: 100 % Merlot Cooperage: After crushing the fermentation took place in tank, then gently pressed. The wine went trough malolactic fermentation in tank as well. We aged the wine in third filling barrels (50% of 500 l and 50% of barrique barrels) for 15 months. TECHNICAL DATA:
Harvest date: 2nd October, 2019 Raw material: Good vintage, the vineyard gives us fully riped and balanced grapes. Yield restriction: 8 t/ha Alcohol: 13 % V/V Production: 4133 bottles |
