DIXIE 2021Description: The mineral rich reductive Pinot Gris is married with the lees aged and barrel-matured Chardonnay as both sourced from our great Noszvaj vineyards. The harmony of the two French varieties, reminds us the magic of Dixie and New Orleans. Composition: 55% chardonnay Cooperage: Our chardonnay was fermented and aged in French oak barrrels for 2 months. TECHNICAL DATA:
